Layout:
Please provide a detailed layout. If size and/or position are not specified ImprintID will use its discretion and send a paper proof. For layered artwork, please provide the art files separately.

Straight Line Copy:
Up to 4 lines will be typeset at no charge. Excess or curved copy may require art charge. Customer is responsible for proofreading.

Copy Size:
Varies depending on product. We will use our discretion for best imprint. Larger text may be required on products based on size of product. If new artwork or product needs to be changed to print better, we will contact you and provide guidance to ensure logo and text prints as clear as possible.

Paper Proof Available on Request:
Free Paper Proofs. Charges will apply if changes are made to artwork after it has been sent to production.

Digital Artwork Files:
We accept multicolor art sent in a vector format, saved as .eps, .pdf or .ai file. All fonts must be converted to outlines. Art must be created at a minimum of 600dpi saved as .tiff or .eps format. All placed images must be embedded. PDF or hard copy of the file must accompany the order so we can visually confirm that it matches the art file.

Acceptable Programs & Requirements:

  • ILLUSTRATOR: “create outlines” on all fonts. (.ai, .pdf, and .eps are acceptable file formats.)
  • PHOTOSHOP: Art must be created at a minimum of 600dpi. Scanned halftones and multicolor art is not acceptable. .tiff and .eps are acceptable file formats.
  • Corel Draw: Change all fonts to curves. Art must be exported as an .ai or .pdf file.
  • .ai, .pdf, and .eps are the acceptable file formats. All placed images must be created at a minimum of 600dpi. Placed images in color are unacceptable. The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator pdf. We do not accept page layout programs such as MS Word. File formats such as .doc, .pub, .vcf and .dat are unacceptable.
  • ACCEPTABLE FILE STORAGE: CD, DVD, Email, FTP

The Denik brand began when the founder, Tyler, was told that his drawings would look great on a notebook. Artwork approval is required before production. Zing Manufacturing provides a convenient and easy way for you to manage your client’s artwork on our system. Zing’s commitment to producing the perfect product for your clients starts with reproducing the perfect rendering of a company’s logo on a Zing product. They won’t start manufacturing your order until they have sent the customer an online, email, or fax proof of what the product will look like.

Art Prep

Zing Manufacturing employs its own in-house staff that review, modify, and/or create artwork that is to be laser-engraved on our product. Artwork to be submitted must be black and white. Camera ready artwork is required for all new logo setups. In some cases, color separated artwork may be required. Unless otherwise specified, all artwork will be sized to best maximize the imprint area indicated.

Ordering Info

Artwork

Digital artwork should be emailed to artwork@zingmfg.com. Zing prefers artwork in Adobe Illustrator format. Please save artwork as .ai or .eps vector file types. All text must be converted to outlines. Artwork modification and typesetting services are available but will incur additional charges.

Paper Proof

Electronically approved or signed paper proof is required with all orders that contain new artwork. Emailed paper proofs are sent at no charge.

Production Lead Time

Standard production time is 7-10 days after artwork approval. Please call for any rush requests. All rush requests must be approved prior to order confirmation.

Shipping

  • All orders ship FOB Phoenix, Arizona. Preferred shipment method is UPS.
  • Third Party Billing: No charge
  • Drop Shipment: For each shipment add $3.50(G) per ship-to location.

Rush Order Guidelines

  • All rush orders are subject to manufacturing approval.
  • All rush orders must ship UPS Express service and must ship one or two-day service.
  • No proof approval on rush orders. All Zing Manufacturing art specifications must be met to ensure on-time processing. (All work must be submitted in vector format and conform to the Artwork and Paper Proof guidelines as listed above).
  • Rush orders subject to inventory availability.
  • Maximum of three (3) split shipments.

Terms

They extend net 30 payment terms to approved accounts. All major credit cards are accepted for pre-payment only.

Samples

Random samples under $15 (C) are supplied at no charge. Shipping is charged at retail rates unless account number is provided. Samples over $15 (C) will be charged at 25% off net EQP.

Spec Samples FREE (EXCEPTION: Premium Products at or above $15 (C) at 25% off EQP) + $25 (G) Setup (1/2 setup) and customer pays freight.

Cancellation

Any cancellation of orders in process is subject to applicable charges, depending on extent of work performed and cost incurred at time of cancellation.

Returns

Returns of engraved product will not be accepted.

Artwork Requirements

Make sure your artwork meets the required specs before submitting it. The following information will help you place orders and properly price them to eliminate any possible delays. If you ever have a question, just call IMAGEN’s friendly customer service department and they will be happy to assist you.

Acceptable media: Digital artwork files may be submitted for orders. Artwork should be black & white vector line art with all text converted to outlines, curves or paths. We can accept or PDF files, in Macintosh or Windows format. Minimum line thickness in 3 Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, EPS pts for opacity. We will imprint to maximum size and standard location noted on the website unless a size and/or location is specified on the order. Artwork should be actual size whenever possible.

Embroidery: Digitized files should be in TAJIMA or Wilcom formats, uncondensed, and include the color sequence of the art. It should include a copy of the sew-out of the design.

Halftones: Only available on screened items or digitally printed products.Contact customer service for additional information.

Submit art for all orders along with PO to orders@imagenbrands.com. Please include the PO# in the subject line.
